John Noble
Executive Producer/Managing Director at ONE at Optimus

Began his career at 16, PA-ing on classic 70s Volkswagon spots. After NYC’s School of Visual Arts, worked as a production coordinator for legends Bob Giraldi, Mark Story and Henry Sandbank. In 1986, began collecting awards as an agency producer at DDB NYC, then McCann, BSB, Chiat/Day, BBDO, GKV, and in 1995, The Martin Agency as Head of Production. Helped build the success of brands like Audi, Choice Hotels, Sprite, SAAB, GEICO, and UPS. Added Chicago to his address book as Head of Production & Digital Core at Element 79 overseeing Gatorade, Propel, Quaker, and Celebrity Cruises. Returned to “the other side” as head of ONE.



Mylene Pollock
SVP/Creative Director at Leo Burnett USA

In more than two decades as a Creative Director Mylene has worked on brands as varied as IBM, P+G, Kellogg's, Hallmark, Allstate, American Express, Cotton Inc., Thomasville and Unilever's Dove. Mylene is currently the global creative lead on Kellogg's Special K, and in her spare time helps out on Hallmark and Allstate as well as various other Kellogg's brands. Under Mylene’s leadership, Special K has launched several new products and achieved double digit growth year on year since 2007. Creative awards include Cannes, The One Show, Effie, Typography, Art Director's Club, Andy, Addy, Cleo, Archive. In 2000, Mylene was awarded the The University of Delaware Presidential Citation for Outstanding Achievement. She lives on Chicago’s North Shore with her family and a menagerie of pets. Mylene has a B.S. in Visual Communications and English from the University of Delaware.
