| Every 12th Entry is FREE!!

| (Note: the ADDY system will want to charge you the full amount for EACH
entry, with no free bonus. So just adjust your payment amount
accordingly, and pay by check when you drop off your entries.)

There are three ways to submit your physical entries. DROP OFF:
| at one of the locations listed above during the designated time.

PICK UP:
| for an additional fee of $35.00, an ADDY Rep will assist with your entry and pick it up, but you must contact the ADDY Chair by Jan. 13, 2010 to schedule a time.

MAIL IN or EARLY DROP OFF:
| to Advanced Direct / Attn: Mary Cole 4221 Tudor Lane Greensboro, NC 27410 All entries must be delivered absolutely no later than Jan. 19, 2010. Please notify the ADDY Chair that you have chosen this option, so she will be on the lookout for your entries.

Before you turn in your entries on January 19, 2010,
REGISTER AND COMPLETE ALL ENTRIES ONLINE. Click here to do so.
Quick Start Instructions: Go to the
ADDY® Awards Registration website and REGISTER FOR A NEW PASSWORD. Everyone must create a new login and password, regardless of entry in previous years.
Follow the five steps as instructed on the MAIN MENU page.
Step 1: Review company information.
Step 2: Complete one entry form for each entry.
Step 3: Review and proof entry information.
Step 4: Print your Manifest (this MUST be handed in with your submissions on January 19).
Step 5: Print a list of your entry forms.
Cross reference the
2010 Rules & Categories, if necessary, for
category explanations.
Please note that there have been several changes from the 2009 rules and guidelines, which may
effect your entries.
Entry Submission and LabelingBlack board or foam board mounting of physical entries is NOT accepted. Mounted entries will not be considered for judging. Physical entries MUST be placed inside an appropriately-sized envelope. The National ADDY Committee recommends transparent, plastic envelopes, which are found in most office supply stores and catalogs. Manila-type envelopes may also be used. The envelope will be open and closed many times, so please ONLY use envelopes with an easy re-closure. An electronic file should be submitted with all non-electronic work. Special Notes:All entries become the property of AAF Triad, AAF District Three and the AAF and WILL NOT BE RETURNED. Do NOT send original artwork.
Copyright infringement and/or plagiarism (be it intentional or unintentional) will result in the disqualification and, if applicable, removal of awards from any entry deemed in violation. All entry fees will be forfeited.
